About ICAA
International Creative Achievement Association (ICAA) is an organization that protects and promotes the interests of its members through networking, dialogue and partnerships. ICAA accepts award winning "associations, organizations, societies, government bodies and educational institutions" and their representatives as members.

Membership Structure

Organizational structure of the ICAA is divided into two branches: Executive Branch and Member Branch. Executive Branch, also called the Board of ICAA is an elected branch that is responsible for accomplishing the mission of the ICAA with the help of the Member Branch. Applications are open for both Executive and Member Branch of the ICAA. Based on A’ Design Award winner status, A’ Design Awards could apply for both Executive Branch and the Member Branch free of charge. Furthermore, there are no yearly fees from A’ Design Award winners.

Membership

Membership to ICAA is by invitation, and is furthermore subject to fees and board approval. If you are interested in membership, you could apply for “prospective membership status”. Application fee for membership is non-refundable if your application is rejected. The first year membership fee is waived for approved applicants.

To apply for “prospective membership status”, applicants are needed to pay the “prospective membership fees” and fill the “prospective membership form” which will be send upon request. Members, who wish to renew their membership, are required to fill the “membership renewal form” which could be requested from the ICAA secretary.

Members who are accepted to the organization could use and integrate the ICAA member logos to their communications. You can use the ICAA Member mark on email signatures, online profiles, websites or printed material such as resumes or business cards to promote your membership in ICAA and your professionalism.

The ICAA Member Icon is an ICAA member benefit and should not be shared with others who are not ICAA members.

The purpose of the ICAA membership logo is to highlight that you are part of a larger professional group representing best practices in the industry. The logo could potentially provide further authority and trust for your organization since being a member of ICAA could empower your consumers, audience and clients to reach you easier.

Membership: By invitation only, lifetime membership unless revoked or resigned. No fees for membership changes.
Meetings

Annual Assembly: At least one meeting each year to discuss operations and activities.

General Assembly: Biannual meeting for elections and discussions.

Voting: Members may delegate their voting rights. Decisions made by the Executive Board with input from all members.
Member Selection

Members must agree to the ICAA Membership Agreement. Two branches for application: Member Branch and Executive Branch.
Executive Board Selections
-
Members vote for President and Vice-President using a Prime Vote (3 points) and Vice Vote (1 point), multiplied by Member Value (MV).
Finances

Membership is free; no fees charged. Operations funded by the ICAA Coordinator. Surplus returned to the Coordinator. Services offered include event endorsements, consultancy, and research.
Membership Levels

Hierarchical structure with Member Values determining voting power. Levels include Coordinator, President, Vice-President, Board Members, and Regular Members.
Members’ Agreement
-
Members must provide a profile image, biography, and a strategy proposal. Board members have additional requirements and privileges, including voting rights and access to member information.
Privileges

Members enjoy access to forums, events, and ICAA branding. Board members have additional titles, privileges, and administrative rights.
